About the Position

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. This is a smaller, lower-acuity ER focused on stabilization and transfer of critically ill patients, with a strong team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care for a variety of patient conditions
• Perform labs, EKGs, and patient assessments
• Assist with stabilization and transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and care team
• Ensure patient safety and quality care standards

• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• Active RN license (required at submission)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications – required
• Ability to pass Day 1 exam and skills validation (SIMs Lab)
• Must be comfortable with sterile technique and core nursing skills
