Business Analyst 3

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product BA with strong experience in mobile applications and user-facing technology. The candidate will translate customer and business needs into well-defined features and requirements while working directly with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
The role requires strong requirements and feature definition capabilities, technical understanding of API-driven architectures, and the ability to understand flows between enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile applications, customer-facing technology, Agile/Scrum, API integrations, and enterprise system integrations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Define feature scope.
Define epic scope.
Establish objectives.
Document requirements.
Define acceptance criteria.
Identify business rules.
Identify dependencies.
Clarify edge cases.
Work with UX.
Work with Product.
Work with Engineering.
Capture technical approach from the technical team and help to identify gaps.
Understand flow between Hyatt systems.
Work effectively with API developers and understand API-driven architectures.
Act as the bridge between Product/UX and Engineering.
Support customer-facing digital technology initiatives.
Support mobile application features and digital customer journeys.
Translate user needs into well-defined features and requirements.
Identify gaps and dependencies across technical systems.
Advise Product and technical teams on requirements and solutions.
Work independently and provide consultation to senior management.

Required Skills:
Senior Business Analyst experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst for user-facing technology.
Mobile application experience.
