Free company uniform The Spirit of the Position The Parking Ambassadors are the frontline personnel responsible for greeting, engaging and interacting with all customers, assisting with troubleshooting electronic payment method, providing EXCELLENT customer service and maintaining a high-level of engagement through out customer interactions. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lot / Facility Operations Assisting guests with pay to valet cellphone technology Providing exceptional customer service Troubleshoot equipment Customer Service Promote good customer relations by consistently providing exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to help at all times. Resolve customer service issues or questions as needed or refer the situation to a supervisor for resolution. Meet and greet customer with courtesy and great customer service. Understand how to handle the different types of customers and where to direct them. Skills Adhere to dress code - Must be able to work outside in any weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.) and be able to continuously stand for extended periods of time (3-6 hours) Follow all safety standards. Communicate with management and supervisors. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement. Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills. Experience 1 year in a customer service role - Preferred Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions preferred. Other Assigned Duties Reporting of all incidents in accordance with company policies Physical Demands Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time. Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift. Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to work all Events as scheduled.
