You'll be based primarily in Fredericksburg as we scale operations. During the initial phase, which could be several months, travel to Stafford, Louisa, and Manassas may be required to support operational needs and training while the Fredericksburg sites ramp up to full capacity. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Key Job Responsibilities Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds. Work in an environment that operates 24/7 with participation in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours support as needed. Perform in‑depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair. Participate in an on‑call rotation. Travel to regional sites such as Stafford, Louisa, and Manassas may be required. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience. 1+ years of computer networking experience. High school or equivalent diploma. Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds. Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above. US citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure. Benefits The starting pay for this position is 27.00–48.00 USD hourly. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
