Associate Attorney

Seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with 2–3 years of litigation experience to manage a diverse caseload and work closely with senior attorneys. Depending on experience, the selected candidate will serve as the primary handling attorney on assigned matters and play an active role throughout all phases of litigation. This position offers significant responsibility, professional growth, and opportunities for leadership development. Key Responsibilities Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution. Conduct court appearances and represent clients in hearings. Draft, argue, and respond to motions. Conduct written discovery and manage discovery disputes. Take and defend depositions. Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations. Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation and exhibit management. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop litigation strategies. Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings as needed. Qualifications Active membership in the State Bar of California. 2–3 years of civil litigation experience preferred. Experience drafting and arguing motions. Experience taking and defending depositions. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities.
