Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handover. Meet targets and help assigned departments achieve their goals. Manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, ensure food safety, train staff, and schedule crew. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. 18 years or older (eligible for corporate‑owned and operated restaurants).
