Physical Therapist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Positions: 1 Requirements 1+ year recent Adult Home Health PT experience First-time Home Health candidates not accepted BLS/CPR required Active PT license required Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required liability insurance Local candidates accepted Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic Job Duties Home health visits and visits to care facilities Start of Care (SOC) and follow-up visits Approximately 30 productivity points per week Typically 5–10 patients/day, equal to about 6–8 points Travel & Mileage Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate Mileage is paid from patient home to patient home Travel from home to the first patient and from the last patient back home is not billable Schedule & On-Call No regular on-call PTs rotate one Saturday per month for Start of Care visits Most positions are Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Some western territory positions may have a Baylor schedule: Friday–Monday, 4×10s Additional Information If patient census is low, contractor may discuss picking up hours at a nearby clinic EMR: HomeCare HomeBase, OASIS, Outlook Assignment Type: Contract only Reason for opening: Increased workload / PT currently on FMLA #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Hiring Solutions
