Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certification (CF or CCCs)
- Active state licensure required
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement targeted therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support each child’s learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and therapy documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Offer training and guidance to teachers and parents to promote generalization of therapy strategies
- Engage in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and ongoing professional development
