Altera Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Fairhope, Alabama . Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
Support recruitment, retention, and staff development initiatives
Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Alabama
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
Proven ability to lead teams and drive positive outcomes
Passion for senior care and creating a strong workplace culture
