Action Officer - Level IILocation: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MDClearance Required: Secret Clearance**This position is contingent upon contract award**Job Description and Responsibilities:Experience providing comprehensive administrative and program support within a fast-paced program office.Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and tracking official documentation, including suspense reports, meeting notes, and action items.Experience in providing direct support to program leadership through the development of briefing materials, creation of data visualizations (graphs/charts), and coordination of daily office activities such as scheduling, travel, and supplies.Experience providing day-to-day operational support for the office, such as facilitating meetings by managing audio-visual systems and executing routine administrative tasks.Qualifications:A minimum of three (3) years of Action Officer experience is requiredBachelor's DegreeSubstitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degreeAbout Semper Valens Solutions:Semper Valens Solutions, Inc.
