Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd shift Production Tech and Anodize Racker to join our team in Blaine, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the anodizing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for manufacturing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Prepare and rack parts for anodizing, ensuring proper placement and security.
- Monitor the anodizing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of anodizing equipment.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of anodizing processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
