Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive A-Z servicing for standard personal lines accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, well-established brokerage with significant opportunities for professional growth. Compensation Package Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts from start to finish (A-Z servicing). Handle both new and renewal business quoting. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Epic software system. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Jonus Group
