Role PRN Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating and treating residents to enhance mobility, strength, and independence. Key Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments. Develop personalized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions. Monitor progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Educate residents and families. Accurately document sessions. Participate in quality improvement efforts. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid licensure in Colorado. Preferred experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently. Resident-centered approach. Benefits Competitive pay ($52-$61/hour).
