In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week: Maintain Quick Service Experience for Guests at 3:00 Minute Speed of Service or less Labor at 22% or lower, Productivity at $95 or higher, + Scheduling to top 33% of chain or higher CEM Scores to top 20% of chain or higher You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things: Work side by side with Team, lead by example, and get results through others not in spite of them Guest Care LMA, Care + Culture Cash Management Reporting: Labor, Guest Experience, Training Our company solely runs on Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
