Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of a senior care facility specializing in assisted living, memory care, and long-term care services. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, promote resident well-being, and support the facility’s mission to provide exceptional senior care. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations, including staff supervision, resident services, and administrative functions Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs, including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and memory support programs Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operation while maintaining quality standards Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to long-term care, assisted living, and healthcare services Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development to build a motivated team Coordinate with healthcare professionals such as nurses, social workers, and therapists to deliver comprehensive resident care Manage medication administration protocols and ensure safety procedures are rigorously followed Foster strong relationships with residents’ families and community partners to promote transparency and trust in the facility’s services Oversee facility maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness plans to create a secure environment for residents and staff Experience Proven experience in nursing home administration or senior care management with a focus on long-term or assisted living facilities Extensive knowledge of assisted living operations, nursing home regulations, Alzheimer’s care, dementia support strategies, and memory care programs Demonstrated supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams within home & community care settings or group homes Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource planning, and operational management Background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized memory support is highly desirable Familiarity with medication administration procedures and healthcare compliance standards Prior experience managing retirement homes or senior living communities is preferred Join us as we create vibrant environments where seniors thrive!
