Training Coordinator Details: Contract to Hire position $ 30.00 / hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm) Deliver and support engaging training programs for supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees in a manufacturing environment Provide hands‑on coaching through Train‑the‑Trainer methods, teaching job instruction, skills development, and training best practices Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop training materials, implement training plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend process improvements to enhance employee performance and operational success Training Coordinator Qualifications: 10+ years of experience training employees in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device or similar industry preferred) Experience with Train‑the‑Trainer methods, TWI, Job Instruction, or adult learning principles Proven ability to develop and deliver hands‑on training programs and maintain training documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems such as SAP Strong communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally in a manufacturing or engineering environment Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre‑employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
