Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

$90k-$100k + 6.5% annual bonus + 401(k) match + benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• Proficiency with 3D CAD, CAM, and data analysis programs for layout and tooling design.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
• Experience in evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes, work cells, or machinery
• Experience with capital investment analysis including ROI calculations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISO 9000, GMP, or ASME preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery to improve efficiency and quality.
• Design and implement manufacturing work flows and tooling layouts using CAD software to support process improvement initiatives.
• Lead process improvement projects including capital investments and process validation to increase throughput and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to develop standards, improve safety, and ensure manufacturability. xhyhwjd
• Monitor project progress, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate technical findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
