Production Assistant Manager (Korean-English Bilingual)

We are seeking a Production Assistant Manager who is fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required) to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive production environment. This role serves as a key liaison between Korean-speaking leadership and plant operations while supporting production performance, safety, quality, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Support daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Assist Production Management with scheduling, reporting, and process coordination. Translate and communicate instructions, reports, procedures, and policies between Korean- and English‑speaking teams. Monitor production metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with training, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures. Ability to work effectively on the production floor in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Experience in automotive assembly, welding, or manufacturing environments. Experience supporting Korean leadership or global manufacturing organizations.
