Actuary & Director - Enterprise Assumption Review We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. In this leadership role, you will oversee the development, review, and validation of enterprise-wide assumptions related to pricing, reserving, and risk management. Lead the review and validation of actuarial assumptions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve modeling processes, data quality, and actuarial methodologies. Provide expert guidance on the impact of assumptions on financial results and strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Establish and maintain governance processes for assumption setting and validation. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a strong actuarial team environment. Key skills include: strong actuarial expertise, analytical mindset, leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with actuarial software and tools.
