LPN Nursing Supervisor – Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Cadbury at Cherry Hill is seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will supervise nursing staff and help ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

As an LPN Nursing Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care

• Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure their individual care needs are being met

• Conduct daily rounds and follow up on changes in residents’ conditions

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff

• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans and facility policies

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Review and maintain accurate documentation, including nursing notes, incidents, and medication records

• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident conditions appropriately

• Help ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

LPN Nursing Supervisor Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• At least 2 years of LPN experience

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support nursing staff

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift , including weekends and holidays as needed
