We are currently hiring for FOH staff - HOST and SERVER. Job Overview We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with seating arrangements
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Use POS system to process orders and payments
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
• Assist with guest relations and problem resolution

Skills

• Prior experience in a food service setting is preferred (1-3 years)
• Proficiency with POS is a plus
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Excellent customer service and guest services abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Hospitality mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
