Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)


Shift Length: 12 hours


Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18

Description:
We are seeking experienced CVICU Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic critical care environment. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and proficiency with Epic electronic medical records. Responsibilities include managing patients with complex cardiac needs, performing IV starts, Vent management, Swan-Ganz catheter care, conscious sedation, balloon pump management, and PA line insertions. Candidates may be required to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels and should be adaptable to rotating holidays and weekend shifts.


Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EPIC experience required
• Skills include IV starts, TELE, Vents, Swanz-Ganz, Conscious Sedation, Balloon Pumps, PA Lines
• Previous travel experience is preferred

Additional Details:

• Up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period (Saturday/Sunday for dayshift, Friday/Saturday for nightshift)
• Estimated patient ratio: 1:1-2
