Procedure Scheduler (Entry-Level Healthcare Opportunity)

Lakewood, CO (On-site)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Procedure Scheduler, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating life-changing cardiovascular procedures and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule a wide range of cardiovascular procedures and lab appointments
• Manage calendars using Outlook and Excel to ensure efficient workflow
• Confirm appointments and provide clear instructions to patients
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Communicate closely with physicians and catheterization lab staff
• Maintain accurate records and stay highly organized across systems
• Deliver compassionate, professional support to patients and internal teams

Must-Have Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of professional experience (internships count)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using Outlook and calendar management tools
• Working knowledge of Excel (filtering, sorting, multiple tabs)
• Ability to multitask across systems with strong typing skills
• Excellent listening skills and ability to take feedback positively
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to healthcare or medical office environments
• Familiarity with medical terminology or patient records
• Customer service or call center experience

• Team of experienced schedulers who collaborate closely
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Emphasis on professionalism, accountability, and teamwork

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakewood, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
