Responsibilities: • Be the helping hand in preparing budgets • Manage all competitor, customer and market research • Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Proven organizational and planning ability • Prior sales experience is extremely important Compensation: 100,000
