We’re searching for motivated, customer-focused RV Sales Professionals to join our winning team. Mission The RV Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales for new and used RVs and equipment, while providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience. Outcomes Build rapport & trust with customers Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillars Conduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customers Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service Maintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral business Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up to date on manufacturer’s product features, components, and changes Stay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided information Be willing to learn and continuously implement the Alpin Haus selling system word tracks and techniques Participate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skills Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experience Pay $60,000 with potential up to $200,000 annually What We Offer Uncapped earning potential with a generous commission-based pay structure A competitive, high-energy team that pushes each other to succeed Extensive training and support to sharpen your skills and help you close more deals A large inventory of top RV brands to match customers with the right unit Opportunities for advancement in a growing dealership Best hours in the business for work life balance What We’re Looking For A hunter’s mentality Competitive drive Creative problem-solving skills Exceptional closing ability Self-motivation and resilience Strong communication skills A desire to win, grow, and make money Qualifications High school diploma 1 year retail sales experience; experience in RV or automotive sales preferred Valid driver's license, free from major infractions Ability to work Saturday’s and 3-5 sales event weekends per year Physical and Environmental Conditions Talking and hearing, walking and sitting, repetitive hand motion, using hands to grasp, and reaching with arms/hands, are required Some exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as very cold or very hot temperatures in campers that may be stored outdoors; customer interaction may occur outside in various weather conditions.
