• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Providing vital signs and monitoring resident conditions

• Assisting with mealtime and feeding residents

• Transferring residents to wheelchairs and other mobility devices

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care

• Participating in care planning and implementing customized care plans
