We're hiring a Maintenance Coordinator to be the central point of contact for all maintenance and repair activity across our properties in Falls Branch, TN. You'll take in requests, dispatch the right vendors, and track every job through to completion — keeping residents happy and properties in great shape.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized who likes solving problems, juggling priorities, and keeping things moving.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, log, and prioritize maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Schedule and dispatch vendors, contractors, and technicians.
  • Track work orders from start to completion and follow up to confirm quality.
  • Coordinate routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance.
  • Communicate status and timelines to residents, owners, and management.
  • Obtain quotes, manage vendor relationships, and verify completed work before approving invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, warranties, and service history.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in maintenance coordination, property management, dispatch, or a similar role.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
  • Clear, professional communication and a customer-service mindset.
  • Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance trades is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
