Data Entry Specialist Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to work remotely from South Africa for a UK-based employer. The work is steady and detail-driven: moving information into the right systems, checking it against source documents, and flagging anything that looks wrong. Enter customer, invoice, and order data into internal systems and spreadsheets Cross-check entries against source documents and correct discrepancies Clean and de-duplicate existing records Convert documents between formats and file them correctly Flag missing or unclear information to the relevant team One or more years in data entry, admin, or a similar detail-heavy role Fast, accurate typing — around 45 words per minute or better Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting and basic formulas Familiarity with a CRM or ERP system is useful but not essential A reliable computer and stable fibre or LTE internet Availability 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST) R12,000 to R15,000 per month, depending on experience 100% remote — work from home anywhere in South Africa Predictable hours and a clear, manageable workload Paid leave and UK public holidays Full training on the systems you will be using Apply through Remote Recruitment with an up-to-date CV.
