Senior Marketing Coordinator

Senior Marketing Coordinator Garver’s Transportation Strategic Growth Team is searching for a Senior Marketing Coordinator with strong written and verbal communication skills to support transportation project pursuits. This position is preferred in our Austin office, but other locations within the Garver footprint may be considered based on candidate qualifications. Core Responsibilities Lead and manage complex pursuits throughout the pipeline lifecycle with technical partners from capture planning and positioning through proposal development and interview preparations, including coaching. Facilitate capture planning meetings and strategy sessions with the pursuit team to develop strategy, win themes, key messages, technical solutions, and teaming partnerships. Lead development of proposal and interview messaging and content (written and visual), writing original content and collaborating with technical partners, graphic designers, and other team members to create best‑in‑class proposals, presentations, and related materials to assist in winning work. Develop, conceptualize, and collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing material. Track and maintain accurate database content and boilerplate libraries for use on future projects. Coordinate client account meetings with client service leaders to optimize Garver’s relationships and assist in positioning for key pursuits. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information for qualification packages, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate and organize large amounts of collateral, technical information, photography, written content, and external subconsultant data. Ensure high‑quality, compliant work on all assignments and conduct peer reviews for quality and compliance. Basic Requirements Previous experience leading marketing efforts for local and state government agencies, preferably with Oklahoma local governments, Oklahoma Department of Transportation, and Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written/editing skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 8+ years of related AEC industry experience. Ability to independently lead schedule and manage the proposal process, including analysis of RFQ/RFP requirements. Exceptional organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects with competing demands.
