Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring Medical Assistants for a Healthcare Facility in Casa Grande, AZ.

This is an on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong focus on administrative and patient support responsibilities.

Pay: $22 to $24.34/hour

Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (4 days per week)

Location: Casa Grande, AZ 85122

Scrubs: Black or Blue

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks, including prior authorizations and insurance eligibility verification.
• Communicate with patients and providers to coordinate care and resolve questions.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
• Support prior authorizations, particularly for specialty medications.
• Assist with billing-related tasks and administrative workflows.
• Maintain accurate patient information and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant Diploma required.
• BLS certification required.
• Well-rounded Medical Assistant with strong administrative experience.
• Experience with prior authorizations, insurance eligibility, and patient communication.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Additional Requirements:

• In-person interview.
• Pre-employment health screenings, including TB, Hepatitis, Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR), and Varicella immunity testing.
• No travel required.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.34 per hour
