Maintenance Technician

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical distributor in the Durham area who is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the facility and its equipment. This is a direct hire opportunity working on 1st shift, 6:30am-3pm, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician will provide facility and maintenance support Technician will execute corrective and preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, utility infrastructure, and respond to emergency maintenance issues Technician maintain smart conveyor systems, forklifts, HVAC equipment, plumbing, etc. Technician will supervise outside contractors Requirements: Candidates must have at least 5 years Facilities Maintenance background including experience on smart conveyor systems preferably in a warehouse setting Candidates must have a broad knowledge of building maintenance and repairs, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Trade certifications are highly preferred Candidates must be willing to work outside of normal shift hours in case an emergency arises #J-18808-Ljbffr Accentuate Staffing
