Part-Time Evening Dining Aide – Health Center

Location: The Marquardt – Watertown, WI

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | Evening Shift | 4:00–8:00 PM

New Horizon Foods is looking for friendly, dependable, and caring individuals to join our dining services team as a Part-Time Dining Aide at The Marquardt Health Center in Watertown, Wisconsin.

In this position, you will help provide a positive dining experience for residents by assisting with meal service, preparing meal trays, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for part-time evening work. No previous experience is required, and we provide on-the-job training!

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and assembling resident meal trays

• Serve meals to residents in dining areas and designated meal service locations

• Follow resident meal tickets, dietary restrictions, and prescribed food and beverage consistencies

• Assist with setting up and cleaning up meal service areas

• Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas

• Communicate resident meal requests and concerns to appropriate team members

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

• Work cooperatively with dining services and nursing staff to provide a positive resident dining experience

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to interact respectfully and professionally with senior living residents

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• No previous experience required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull while performing daily tasks

• Ability to push and maneuver meal carts

• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
