Production Manager

$125k - $145k

CPS

Our client is a global leader in their manufacturing sector. They are looking for a Production Manager to join their leadership team at their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in a food or chemical manufacturing setting with at least a year of supervision.

Production Manager/Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Food Manufacturing/Process Engineer/Production Engineer/Chemical Process Engineer/Operations Manager/Corn Milling/FDA

As a Production Manager job responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage team of direct and indirect reports totaling 20 employees
Ensure compliance of safety regulations
Continuously improve processes and production
Become a technical expert for the site

Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 plus bonus
