This role evaluates business performance, identifies emerging risks and translates financial and operational results into actionable insights for senior leadership. The Manager leads key elements of forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and executive performance reporting.Key Responsibilities:Develop executive-level reporting and commentary that connects financial results with relevant commercial and operational driversSupport earnings preparation and external reporting by providing financial analysis and business contextContribute to ad hoc financial analyses and cross-functional projects, bringing structure and clarity to business issuesAssist in the setting of short- and long-term variable compensation targets and provide reporting that measures/summarizes attainment of compensation related metrics Collaborate with support function department heads to develop budgets, manage operational expenses and identify cost optimization opportunitiesIdentify and implement scalable improvements to financial reporting processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy and team capacity with the assistance of AI toolsSupport the integration of acquisitions into the existing financial reporting environmentCapabilities:Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skillsTrack record of process improvementCreate visualization tools that allow stakeholders to analyze and interpret large financial data sets Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlinesDevelop strong cross-functional partnerships Interact confidently and lead business discussions with peers, business partners and senior leadershipRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited universityExtensive experience in a senior leadership role within financial planning and analysis (FP&A)Intermediate understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Experience with Oracle, Tagetik, SAP, Hyperion or similar financial systemsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPointAbout the companyHesitant to apply because you may not meet every specific requirement?
