Our current locations consist of our bistro locations: Albuquerque Cottonwood, Albuquerque Old Town, Alamogordo, and Las Cruces; Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe; and a tasting room adjacent to the winery in Deming. We are looking for experienced line cooks and prep cooks to join our culinary team.

The cooks are vital members of the kitchen team who will work closely with all other positions in the back-of-house operations to cook, receive, prep, and organize food in order to maintain proper back-of-house operations for the continuity of the guest experience. The cook reports to the Kitchen Manager and operates grills, fryers, broilers, mixers, ovens, and other kitchen cooking equipment.
