Regional Sales Manager (Southeast USA)

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of textiles such as table linen and industrial uniform apparel, which they sell to commercial laundry clients.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for a full-time, remote outside sales and account management role responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across the Southeast US territory. This position develops and executes territory sales plans, prospects new business, and maintains consistent engagement with existing accounts through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits as needed. The ideal candidate is a self-directed B2B seller who can manage a pipeline, deliver effective product presentations, and collaborate internally to ensure accurate pricing, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

The Territory: Southeast US (FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, TN, MS)

Duties:

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive growth across the Southeast US region
• Prospect and secure new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
• Maintain regular contact with accounts through phone calls, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits as needed
• Conduct tailored sales presentations and demonstrate product lines and programs to customers and prospects
• Manage day-to-day account needs by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service
• Monitor and manage sales pipeline activity using CRM tools, including forecasting and opportunity tracking
• Identify opportunities to expand presence within textile rental operators, distributors, and end-user organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate pricing, order fulfillment, and service delivery
• Track market trends and provide feedback to support product and service improvements
• Report on territory performance and sales activity as required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience in the commercial laundry industry (either selling to or for commercial laundries, or a closely related industry)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations and clearly explain product features, benefits, and value propositions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree preferred
