Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience preferred

Sense of urgency for goal achievement

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Cooperative, collaborative decision-making

Extroverted, warm, enthusiastic, empathetic

Stimulating communicator with a consultative “selling” style

Coachable with a strong desire to learn and follow processes

Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members

Must be based within 30-miles of Louisville, KY

Performs well under pressure

Experience with in-home presentations preferred

Experience working in salary + commission position

Experience is the top sales agent at previous employment preferred

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
