As we grow, supervisory roles will be available.Benefits & Scheduling:$22.25 per Hour (paid weekly)10-hour shifts are typical4-day workweek (40 hours) is typicalSchedule for FT Team Members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 4 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time.A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal breakMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employmentKey Duties & Responsibilities:Successfully handle and deliver up to 50Lbs. packages on timeSafely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesProvide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50Lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesRequirements:Must be at least 21 years oldMust have valid state driver's license.Authorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a -Panel Drug ScreeningBenefits:401(k)Company truckDental insuranceFuel cardHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceWork Location: In personQualifications:As a Delivery Driver, You'll Need:Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry heavy packagesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional Information:All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
