Senior Business Analyst - Acute Care Contracting - Columbus, OH
Abbott
Abbott seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support acute care contracting strategy and sales objectives. The role involves financial analysis, contract negotiation support, and performance monitoring for Group Purchasing Organization accounts within the nutrition segment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer contracts and templates to identify risks and create Abbott-favorable terms
- Perform financial modeling and what-if scenario analysis for deal development
- Create deal summaries and price exhibits for sales team proposals and negotiations
- Monitor contract performance, sales trends, and market share for executed agreements
- Collaborate with sales, legal, marketing, and operations teams to align on contracting strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, COGNOS, and CORS systems
- Healthcare industry and contracting experience preferred
- Progressive leadership track record with ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven mindset
- Independent operator capable of multitasking in shifting priorities
