We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Installation Coordinator to support the Installation Manager in overseeing the installation process of our wooden lockers. The Installation Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics, communicating with subcontractors and clients, and ensuring smooth project execution. Job Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of installation including scheduling with customers and appropriate sub-contractor installation teams.
• Complete projects within timelines and budget. Track budget weekly.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed
• Work with the sales and project teams to capture issues up front regarding installation execution and pricing.
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractors, providing clear instructions, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns related to installation projects.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation projects, including contracts, permits, invoices, and other relevant documentation. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly. Ensure that jobs are tracked with photos and feedback.
• Materials Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials required for installation projects, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available on-site and on time.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting inspections of installation work to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process, collaborating with the Installation Manager to implement effective solutions.
• Customer Support: Provide support to clients during the installation phase, communicating project status updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Safety Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all installation activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence among installation teams.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Installation Manager and other internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination across departments, contributing to overall project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the installation process, suggesting and implementing best practices to enhance overall effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Business or Construction Management or related, preferred.
• Must take initiative to learn our products.
• Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in construction or related industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction/installation industry (preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
