Job Description The Comfort Advisor plays a critical role in assisting customers during in-home visits by providing expert advice on HVAC systems. Working within a small team, the advisor offers advanced technical expertise blended with strong interpersonal skills to recommend the most suitable products and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities Conduct client consultations during in-home visits to assess comfort needs Provide tailored product recommendations based on HVAC system knowledge Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport Perform follow-up communication to maintain customer relationships Manage accurate documentation for sales and customer interactions Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer service 3+ years of HVAC experience Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities In-depth product knowledge of HVAC systems Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction Attention to detail in documentation and follow-up Company Description Founded in 2004, All Service Heating & Air Conditioning is a full-service residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor.
