We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support daily accounts payable operations by processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely payments.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office with the remainder working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and credit memos accurately
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with internal departments
• Respond to internal and external vendor inquiries promptly
• Perform account reconciliations and verify account coding
• Work closely with the AP Manager/Coordinator to address processing issues
• Maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support team initiatives and continuous process improvement
• Maintain confidentiality and company quality standards

Qualifications:

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong 10-key data entry and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
