Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure or eligibility to practice in Arizona
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting (preferred, but not required)
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and collaborative teamwork
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting student growth and wellbeing

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support student participation in school activities
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress, adjust plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
