Ultra high net worth family is seeking an experienced Household Manager to bring organization, foresight, and follow-through to their personal operations. This individual will take ownership of day-to-day household logistics and administration, allowing the family to focus on their personal and professional priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable anticipating needs and managing multiple priorities with minimal direction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration of the family calendar, including coordinating schedules, appointments, and commitments.
• Own family travel logistics from planning and booking through itineraries, transportation, changes, and troubleshooting.
• Provide personal-assistant support as needed, taking routine administrative responsibilities off the family's plate.
• Manage purchasing, gifts, deliveries, and other personal requests.
• Keep the family informed of upcoming priorities, important details, and decisions requiring attention.
• Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and help protect the family's time and routine.
• Coordinate logistics for private entertaining, including guest communication, catering, vendors, transportation, supplies, and setup.
• Serve as a trusted resource for guests and ensure they have a seamless, welcoming experience.
• Support the family in creating a warm, relaxed environment for guests and gatherings.
• Manage relationships with household service providers and vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance and ongoing needs across multiple residences.
• Maintain systems for vehicles and other personal assets and logistics.
• Coordinate occasional home projects and renovations, ensuring the family's priorities and expectations are met.

Requirements:

• 3–10+ years of experience as a Household Manager or Executive Personal Assistant supporting a private family or high-net-worth individual.
