• A deep interest in wealth management or experience working in a client focused/service-oriented role, even if not specifically in the industry.
• A client-centric mindset and consistently acts in the clients' best interests.
• Strong operational and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to multitask with competing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Capability to think critically and creatively problem-solve.
• Ability to work well in a team to build and foster relationships internally and externally.
• Outstanding work ethic, personal initiative, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.

Location & Travel: Hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Travel as required.

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000. Note: If you have been employed by Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (including any Schwab affiliates) in a client-facing position within the past 12 months, please provide your job title and last date of employment.
