Manage60-80 personal injury casesfrom intake through settlement Communicate frequently with clients to provide updates and support Request and organisemedical records,medical bills, andinsurance documentation Preparedemand packages, legal correspondence, and settlement documents Tracktreatment progress,liens,subrogation, anddeadlines Assist withlitigation support: discovery, subpoenas, exhibits, and trial prep Maintain organizeddigital case filesin a cloud-basedcase management system Coordinate with attorneys regarding case strategy, settlement posture, and next steps Maintain accurate case timelines and action item lists Escalate significant developments, delays, or client concerns promptly. 3–5 years of personal injury paralegal or case manager experience in Virginia Experience withthird-party claims,UM/UIM claims, andinsurance negotiations Strong comfort withtechnology, cloud-based systems, and paperless workflows Excellent communication and client-relations skills High attention to detail with strong organizational habits Friendly, extroverted personality and ability to build client trust Ability to follow structured workflows, checklists, and deadlines Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, positive attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Proven ability to handle sensitive or difficult client situations professionally Ability to prioritize competing deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
