(Primarily relationship-driven accounts with solid feedback)Perform thorough reference checksNegotiate pay ratesInteract with and attend client meetingsInteract with our compliance team which handles on-boarding therefore freeing up your time to stay more focused on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline!QualificationsRecruiter Minimum Requirements:Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and experience3+ years of recruiting experience for government, aerospace, and defense positionsProven track recordCompetitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong desire to generate client tips and new business for sales teamStrong time management and organizational skillsStrong interest in following a career path to become an Account ExecutiveBachelor's degree preferred
