CASHIER HOST PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME, MORNING SHIFT PREFERABLE - GYOTAKU JAPANESE RESTAURANT (1824 S King St., Honolulu, HI 96826)
Join our team at GYOTAKU KING STREET as a Cashier Host and embark on an exciting journey in the Restaurant & Food Service industry! Enjoy competitive pay starting from $16/hr. plus TIPS (approx. $5 to $15 per hour in tips, depending on sales and shifts worked, higher tips on weekend shifts).We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with seating guests and managing reservations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
