What You'll Be Doing

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support daily production and material movement activities.

• Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.

• Load, move, stockpile, and manage materials to maintain operational productivity.

• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental requirements while working around mobile equipment.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain site housekeeping standards.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate excavators and related heavy equipment in a production environment.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.

• Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance concerns.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to support site operations.

• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Successful candidate must maintain all required qualifications and authorizations necessary to perform the job safely and effectively.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Starting pay $25.82 per hour DOE (Depending on experience)
