Warehouse Team Member/Non CDL Truck Driver

Springdale, AR

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently perform tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
• Perform general warehouse work when not making deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Perform consistent quality control.
• Safely drive a forklift when needed.
• Perform truck inspections when driving.
• Make deliveries to customers' job sites or businesses when needed.
• Safely unload product from a box truck.
• Provide professional customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be able to help unload truck at delivery location.
• Forklift Experience is preferred.
• Pass DOT Physical.
• Pass DOT Driving History Review.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to perform essential functions in a warehouse and delivery environment. With or without reasonable accommodation, the employee must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and products weighing up to 5075 lbs, and occasionally heavier items with appropriate assistance or mechanical aids; stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods during warehouse tasks and deliveries; safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment; climb in and out of vehicles and onto loading areas; and safely load and unload product at customer locations. The role requires the ability to drive a box truck, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and work in a variety of environmental conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and warehouse-related hazards. The employee must have sufficient visual, auditory, and manual dexterity to accurately handle inventory, complete quality control tasks, operate equipment, and maintain required records. Hours: Monday - Friday 7 AM-4:00 PM

Overtime as required. No overnight travel is required.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
